Agreements by Minister

The Minister may enter into, and amend, agreements for the purposes of this Act with
(
a
)
the government of Canada or of another province, territory or jurisdiction,
(
b
)
a department, agency or body under the jurisdiction of the government of Canada or of another province, territory or jurisdiction,
(
c
)
a band council as defined in the
Indian Act
(Canada),
(
d
)
a regional health authority,
(
e
)
a local government, or
(
f
)
or any other person or group of persons.
